Overview
Our project introduces an AI-powered app tailored for the elderly, tackling the hurdles they face in daily life.
This all-encompassing solution offers reminders, health updates, AI companionship and much more, promoting independence and enhancing well-being, while keeping their guardians informed.
Problem
Seniors living independently face a quiet trifecta: forgetting medications, missing appointments, and feeling alone, with no single tool addressing all three.
Design Objective
Designed around three things seniors actually need.
Meet Margaret :)
Why Margaret? Seniors aren't a monolith, but Margaret represents the 70% of adults over 65 living independently who manage their health alone. She's not bad with technology. She's just never had tech designed for her.

The screens are simple on purpose, large tap targets, soft colors, no clever interactions that make someone feel silly for not getting it. When your user is someone's grandmother, clarity beats clever every time.
What this project really taught me is that technology doesn't have to be flashy to be meaningful. Sometimes the most important thing a product can do is just make someone feel a little less alone.
